Call me a fasicst, but limiting posting to subscribed addresses
only, sounds like the simplest solution.  If someone does mistakenly
post from a different address they will get an immediate bounce
message and they can fix the problem themselves - nobody else needs
to be involved.  Why make work for yourselves?
