Hi Jethro,

I've done it 4 or 5 times from LFS (including twice on my Pentuim 75
"server" - it'll take you 3 days :))

Also if you lazy - get a copy of LRs-linux - german source-"distro", which
is basically LFS + handy install script. (that what I use now on
workstation)

...except one thing I changed from LFS was that I used "slackware-type"
init scripts (/etc/rc.d/rc.* files) instead of LFS suggested RH-type
(/etc/rc.d/rc*.d/files )

Go by the book, you'll get there, just don't abuse
compiler optimizations, or you may get broken binaries :)
