[wellylug] NFS for Windows2000?

Currently setting up a server at home and looking at some options.

I'll probably use NFS for sharing files to other Linux boxes, as it seems easy 
to set up and works OK. Certainly easier to set up than Samba :-)

Is NFS a reasonable system to use with Windows boxes, and what are the 
advantages/disadvantages in a simple home network setting? Is there a free 
(pref OS) NFS client that works with Win2000? I seem to remember WFW3.11 used 
to include one.
