The SPCA would have something to say about attaching real live penguins to 
CD covers, the post-office, couriers, and retail shops would also object to

Ah, but that's just Linus's opinion ;-)  What gets me is how come that 
potato chip manufacturer promotes linux so hard with their TV adverts?
