I think he means the linux at linux.topnz.ac.nz list, which is/was the list of
the Linux Advocates of Wellington (who had stopped having meetings by the
time I discovered them, alas).

I seem to remember someone (you?) posting something about starting
WellyLUG there several years ago, but my mail archives don't go that far
back (do anyone else's?).
