  I suppose so ... :-)  ... and in life too ...   and now we have SARs to 
think about.  But it is not so long since people were worried about HIV 
/AIDS, and that has proved to be a different threat, in terms of infection 
control, to what we thought.  My view is - the viruses are cleverer than us - 
they can mutate readily, and that is scary.

Unfortunately I now can't come to the installfest as friends are coming down 
from Hastings.  

I guess I believe Mandrake 9 is still possible for me since some things worked 
well before - but maybe I'll have to wait until I buy a new computer!  
Haven't actually seen 9.1 yet.  Though I hear it looks very good.  Red Hat 8 
is okay - just liked Mdk 9 better!  What I saw of it.
