[wellylug] Installfest - NOTICE

As I was part of Colin's decision, let me explain that we are trying to
keep the Installfest as simple as we can so we can learn what works.. I
know how much room we have at Silicon. We will run out if there are too
many options. Once this is over, I can see us getting around the table
and saying "Next time, could we ... " and there will be a better
undrstanding of what is manageable. I would think we could do someting
like this in six months time?

The choice of distrobutions was one of each of server, general; desktop
and CDROM based.

This is my understanding of the intention of the working group. I hope
I have not misrepresented anything. It may well be we can do things
diferently once we have set up tomorrow.
