I have no familiarity with Mandrake, I'm afraid, only Debian, but
here goes.  What a Saturn cable connection looks like, from the OS's
point of view, is a run of the mill Ethernet connection, used in business
everywhere; so it's just like configuring one of those.  However, instead
of (as is common in LAN environments) using DHCP, you have to configure
things statically.

First, what are you trying to do that makes you think you're not
"connected" in some way?  Can you type "ping 203.79.116.1" and get
a response?  Can you type "ping your-address" and get a response?

Second, what does the output of "ifconfig eth0" look like?  And what does
"netstat -rn" show?  What information have you been given from Saturn?
You need an IP address, a gateway IP address, and a netmask, at a minimum;
DNS server addresses would be useful, as well.
