The 203.79.116.0 paradise subnet is a /22 block.

Therefore, the settings are most likely to be:

Network: 203.79.116.0
Broadcast: 255.255.252.0
Gateway: 203.79.116.1
Broadcast: 203.79.119.255

However, from memory, Paradise gives the address 203.79.118.255 as the 
broadcast ip.  You might want to call them and check.
