I'm running 9.2 / cooker on my server and desktop, installed via the
command line over the net. It works well. Printerdrake now looks much
nicer ;-) Firebird and epiphany now come along with Mozilla.

I'd like to download the ISOs via torrent (so I can use it on my desktop
at work), but Paradise has a transparent proxy which breaks the code
that Mandrake uses to restrict the torrent downloads to Club members
only. So until Mandrake can work around ISPs like that, I cannot
download the ISOs. I wonder if it is worth asking Paradise to bypass
their proxy when going to the Mandrake Club IP? My experience with them
handling requests like this has been a little mixed - do others have
experiences to share?

Best wishes,
Damon
