Alternatively, you could buy a non-winmodem.  That -- with a few
exceptions -- seems to mean using an external modem, which will set you
back circa NZ$100.  So I guess linuxant are pretty sharp in setting the
price point at half that.  It's not good ethics, but it is good
business.
