[wellylug] WellyLUG List Noise Levels

Thanks for the civil replies. It isn't every post - in fact it seems
to be only a few per digest. However since these troublesome posts
take up 99% of the entire digest, the problem looks far worse.
Here is a single short example (I promise not to post another):
