How about CAD/CAM software if any.  (VHDL/Verilog type stuff, PCB
layout, design and modelling)

Cross platform compilers/IDE's for 8 and 16 bit microprocessors.
(Motorola, Zilog, Atmel etc.)

These are the things I need to find to dump M$
