[wellylug] Backing up Evolution files...

Scrap that - I've found is is all stored in a ~/.gconf subdirectory and
within this is an XML file which apepar to contain most of the settings
for Evolution. Once I get the other PC set up I will play around with how
to copy the files over and let people know how I got on.
