motherboards
to sell for $45 +GST each.

While they aren't the latest/greatest they are pretty standard micro-ATX
boards
for socket-A cpus (AMD Duron/Athlon) with a Via chipset, use SDRAM memory &
on-board sound/video which are well supported by most current Linuxes.
A 1.2Ghz Duron cpu & 256Mb of memory costs about $170 +GST, so if you have
an
old ATX system, this could provide a pretty cost effective upgrade.
