[wellylug] second installfest meeting & situation update

If your buy one version are you allowed to install it on other computers
(under it's licence)?

If so, the lug could by 1, and allow anyone to use it, as this type of
chipset is very common. Out of 4 pc's my friends & I have 3 have a
conexant.
