I appreciate your efforts over this & in the past.

I've been accused of being too evangelical about Linux before (I prefer
enthusiastic :-), but hopefully I generally express this with a positive about
Linux approach rather than being negative about the alternatives.

A Linux User Group is gonna have members with a wide range of Linux (&
political) interests, activities & opinions. I would hope there is room for
everyone, and no-one is alienated by others, or finds their opinions not
respected. 

Without any constitution, no-one can say what the group is here for, each
individual must make their own call about what they get out of it being worth
belonging. 

I hope you'll find the positives outweigh the negatives, & will be disappointed
if you, or any Linux user decides there is nothing of value for them from the
club.
