I just looked at the site now and had no problem getting into it or
downloading from it. I was using the browser to access it, not an FTP
client.

who is actually allowed to d/l from there?
I always get a "permission denied" ...a bit
silly to put a link on the website that won't
let you do anything but view the first page
and lippy comments :}
