I hope not Jamie, I (and probely many others) would miss your input - It
just appears that a pile of people on the mailing list have nothing
better to do than mess around annoying everybody - GET A LIFE!

It's pathetic bickering! I don't care what people's political opinions
are, as long as I don't have to hear about them!

The point of this mailing list and the lug is to discuss linux problems,
questions, get together, and have a good time - NOT to argue about
politics, and useless ideas like taking the website down. What good is
that? It's only going to annoy us, and the other 
people who want to find out about the lug.


If you want to be fanatical, find people who care, or start a different
mailing list. I want to be able to check my mail and read about the
problem of the day, not a whole load of garbage.


JamieB, can we organise some sort of rules about the mailing list and
the purpose of the lug at the next meeting?

We need something to kick people who abuse others and rules stating the
lug does not support any political issues, etc.


I enjoy comming to the lug, to discuss Linux, and my probems, but like
Jamie, I'm getting annoyed at this junk.
