I suspect your comment relates to my posting, I must say that I agree ... 
At present there is the possibility that things may be organised for the 
LUG as a whole without a large group knowing what's going on (as they've 
decided they're not interested in the organisational side of things).

In this case I cross posted a reply to a (premature in my opinion) 
announcement of a poll, back to the wlug_org list as the announcement 
itself wasn't posted there and people following the discussion over there 
may not have seen it.  The possible mistake was cross posting a follow-up, 
under the original thread, back to this list to keep the proletariat 
informed ...
All very confusing really ....  I'll try to refrain in future :-(
