[wellylug] Nightmares on Paradise (solved)

So would 99% of people on this list, but my mother just wants the basics 
and for it to work. And that's what this is all about... it just works.

I rolled out 1,000 of these in the UK 5 years ago and they worked 
fantastic and are just as effective today as the day they were installed 
(as the backend has been upgraded incrementally as required). Much 
better than PC's how many complaints would you get from the users if 
they had to still be using 5 year old PCs???
