As I recall, Michael, you were putting the fax server together for a client.  

If you are going to sell the client an OSS solution, you really should
have some competence with OSS software, or at least the ability to
contract it in.  Like it or not, that typically means some CLI stuff
and, yes, occasional programming.

Saying that you are frustrated because you can't configure the product
you promised says more about your business model than the products.
