I had a bad experience with Paradise (TelstraClear to be exact, but
they were my interface to Paradise).  In my experience, great product,
_crap_ service.  If you do go with them, I recommend putting
everything in writing -- makes it easier if anything goes wrong down
the track.

I ended up significantly out of pocket.  Did enjoy the always-on
bandwidth while I had it though.
