The minimum you can get on a new plan from TelstraClear is 2Mbit/sec 
with 1GB cap

I use the 2Mb/5GB package and have been VERY happy with it and when you 
get a package deal it works out pretty cheap.

Also Whoosh is covering more of Wellington in the next few months so you 
may want to check them out.
