Mitel SME / aka E-Smith. Absolute no-brainer to setup, reliable as a stone
axe.
Needs a dedicated PC (I use a P200, 64meg, 4 gig hdd. 10/100 mbs lan
to the rest of the PCs (2 x win98, 1 x Xandros, dial up to Paradise via
#com external modem.)

You can download it for free from Mitel (Mirrors)
Australia AARNet, Victoria ftp://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/e-smith/
Planet Mirror, Brisbane, QLD ftp://ftp.planetmirror.com/pub/e-smith/

or buy a disk from Copyleft in Dunedin

Subject: [wellylug] Linux as an iHug "server"

Hi all

I'm totally new to Linux (haven't even it got it yet). I want to know is it
feasible that I could setup a Intel based PC (with Linux) as a server for my
Win'98 & Win XP computers & also use it as a shared internet connection to
iHug's Ultra Satellite package (as I live too far from Jetstream service
etc). If so what distribution would best suit? Has anyone done this
themselves? The more detailed instructions the better :) I don't want to
spend too much time on configuration & problems.

Thanks Grant.
