[wellylug] Starting VNC on boot

I think most people will agree VNC sucks for remote admining linux
machines. SSH and/or X11 forwarding is pretty much the best solution
unless you really, really need to view the desktop in its entirety
with out using the machine itself. I think it's a huge waste of
resources to run a VNC server for almost any other reason.
