You could try -- though I am not sure of coverage -- the BCL wireless
service.  It was (or at least used to be) resold by ICONZ and Telecom.
 Both charge like wounded bulls, but it is an alternative.  And if you
can get TV reception, there's a reasonable chance you'll be able to
get a wireless signal.

There's also IHUG's sat service, if you don't mind the upstream being
only 56Kb/s (via modem).
