I have a friend who is "finally" on Orcon UBS ADSL...... He was off line
for about 3 weeks while Telecom sorted their crap out..

I am unsure who to blame on this one, I like to blame Telecom, because
they disconnected him and then "didn't get time to reconnect him" to
UBS...

I think more problems stem from Telecom , however due to not enough
staff at Orcon they do have really long wait times.........  but again

Is that because Telecom are slacking off and so orcon customers are
calling them to try and resolve their problems...

I am going to stick to Cable until UBS is sorted out.. and either
Telecom gets broken up -- Heres hoping!! -- or Telecom gets their
<Censored> sorted... which I doubt...
