I agree. We don't really need all these rules. All we need is a group of
people to organise the lug, installfests, and any problems.

I feel that a membership system, is generally a bad idea, as we don't
really need it (ie: there are no rent fees, for where we meet), and that
it will deter people from attending lug meetings.

If we need a membership system later, to deal with something like rent,
we can always create one.

What we currently have is great for most people, and I think that there
is little change needed.
