[wellylug] Formalising WellyLUG

After OO converted the evil proprietary document, It seems to me that
the "rules" are just boilerplate from somewhere else for what I assume a
preexisting incorporated society format. They seem to lack some
relevance and seem to conflict with your mail Colin.

Maybe this ought to be rethought?

What is the purpose mandate discussion etc. Or have I missed something?
discussions held at lug meetings that don't extend to the mailing list?
