Can anyone please tell me how to map mouse buttons..
My laptop has "Scrolling Buttons" under the touch pad, and under 2.6
they finally work, and the buttons have the following actions ....
Right - Pastes,
Down - Right Click
Left - Left Click
Up - Doubble Clicks Left button..
But I would ideally like to have "Scroll up / down, forward , left and
right"
When I plug in a PS/2 or a USB mouse, the scroll buttons work on in
that - but my only mouse has left/right buttons, and a scroll wheel....
This is my ONLY mouse section in /etc/X11/XF86Config-4
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Configured Mouse"
Driver "mouse"
Option "CorePointer"
Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2"
Option "Emulate3Buttons" "true"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
EndSection
Can any one sujest anything else I should / need to do to map the
buttons?
Searched Google and there is not that much there.. and any help would be
greatful :)
Thanks in advance
Chris
