You may have missed this bit, buried in my inital post;
"though there are other methods of proving your identify supported by
CACert."
Please visit the CA-Cert website. In the "Assurance" section other forms
of authentication are discussed, I think that you will find one or more
method agreeable.

I trust that you didn't really mean to accuse me of dicrimination :)
I think I should point out I do not represent CA-Cert. I am merely someone
that CA-Cert trusts to authenticate people. Like other Assurers, I offer
to do this wholly from a sense of altruism.
