It's NOT free, but many government departments and a
number of corporates have bought a product known as
'Te Rito', from Kia Mâia Bicultural Communications.  I
haven't used it myself, but I've heard generally
positive feedback.  If you work for one of those
organisations, or you can sit with a friend who does,
it's probably not a bad start.  It might also be worth
checking whether your local public or university
library has access to it.
