Hello,
This is sort of a Cross Post question -- however, after subscribing to
ntpquestions and posting it there, and after 3 days of it not for some
reason being posted, I thought I would ask here :)
Thanks :)
I have a GPS unit , Rockwell Based, that outputs via 9600 serial in
Zodiac Binary format.
I am running Debian Unstable with a kernel version of 2.4.21, I have
applied the PPSkit patch to the kernel and have compiled it, and the new
kernel works.....
Currently when ntpdate starts up, I get the following error
ntpdate used obsolete ADJ_OFFSET_SINGLESHOT
and when I attempt to do an apt-get I get the following, about 80 or 90
times...
do_clock_gettime: negative time warp on CPU#0: -389610840ns (0,5114064)
the numbers at the end vary.
When I do an ntpq -p I get the following
No association ID's returned
I am not sure what I need to do / how I get ntp to accecpt the device
that is attatched to /dev/ttyS1 to use as the time sync.
Thanks
