[wellylug] Dlynk Eth card driver

One other thing I forgot to mention - Some later ne2000 cards were plug
and play.

You may need to enable ISA PNP in your kernel configuration (if it's not
enabled already) and use pnpdump / isapnp to configure it before you
try to load the driver.
