Check your BIOS for the IRQ and io settings.  If it's
ISA, it should be there.

My suggestion would be to disable ISA-PNP on the card
if that is possible, since I've had no end of trouble
with it using 3c509 cards.

Straight ISA works fine if you have the settings.
