I suggest html
Ive always sent in html, no problems, except for one guy that got
confused because it showed up as part of email.
The problem with MsWord versions is that it may render slightly odd in
different versions - less so than simple html.
The agents can edit the html in most editors (incl MsWord).
I have a suspicion that a lot of people assume Windows skills, and see
Linux as extra.
I suppose for non-admins the discriminator is the Web development
technology.
