Well, the trick is to NOT QUOTE ABSOLUTELY FSCKING EVERYTHING when you
reply, but only the pertinent contents of the other email, as required
to provide context for your reply.

This would also make emails smaller, making them download faster and
more cheaply over GPRS :-)

I'm mildly surprised that your email client shows you the start of
emails when it hasn't downloaded the rest of them, too...
