I wouldn't say complete lack of - Ascent's prices, relative to general
retail markup, are pretty damn good. I haven't used PP ever since they
gave both myself and a colleague of mine appalling service (3 weeks to
fix a motherboard related problem). I'd rather pay a small premium for
getting a forward replacement no questions asked, myself.
