In a similar story, I ordered a motherboard and case from them. Heard
nothing for 4 days, ordered from Ascent, here the next day. It was
still another 3 days before PP even acknowledged my email telling them
to cancel the order...

In my experience Ascent are reliable and replace faulty goods quickly,
plus their website doesn't look amature...
