Last time I had to return a product it was because generic RAM
wouldn't work in my iMac. They were quite good about it and I could
get alternative RAM without a problem (other than the price
difference).
I've got several products from Ascent and I've never had any problems
with them, though I do make a point of going in person when I return
stuff. It works better whoever you're dealing with ;)
