[wellylug] (OT) Unable to reach anything but orcon servers on bitstream

My apologies again. I thought I clearly marked this thread off-topic.

I may have found the problem. Telecom has switched me over to Bitstream, and 
they havent told Orcon this. So Orcon havent changed my "profile" from 
Jetstream authentication to Bitstream authentication. Apparently this takes 
just seconds once you get hold of an Orcon helpdesk staff, and also requires 
logging on with a different username suffix.

I shall brave the helpdesk tonight and let them know.

I imagine this is one of the many problems Orcon is having with regards to 
their high load on the helpdesk.
