That's why it is a much more useful test for my purposes :-) I'll be surprised
if the software RAID1 read performance is comparable to RAID0, though, but
'twould be nice. Last time I seriously looked at such things was way back with
kernel 2.2 and I also looked at dual cpu. Major performance issues back
then....
