[wellylug] LICQ/RH9 problem

Hi to all

A couple of years ago I had Debian and ran LICQ with no problems, and I 
received messages OK etc. People 'found' me and new people sent me messages.

Now I have RH9, have for the last year, plus currently LICQ 1.2.7, also tried 1.2.5 and others, 
but there seems to be no way anyone else on the ICQ network can find me with any of the search
facilities. We have tried on a windows box, searching when I am online, no search using any of
the selections can find me. I have tried going to the web page and re entering my info, having no
username, a different username, nothing made any difference. Of course
I never get any messages at all on LICQ!

Any insights please?
