[wellylug] outgoing mail date

Hello again

I am trying to get all my problems solved! The backup was one.

Now, when I send a mail to anyone it always says I sent it on tomorrow's
date, unless I send mail to myself then it is OK. Is there a simple way to
fix this datestamp on the outgoing mail please?  RH9 and mutt.
