The message you is dated 13:57 today.

When you say "always says I sent it on tomorrow's date" do you mean when
the message is received by someone running MS Outlook?  If so, I believe
it's a bug in Outlook that causes it to apply the timezone offset twice.
I certainly used to encounter that all the time when I was running
Outlook at work and receiving email from the real world.
