[wellylug] usb 2.0 card reader & PC linux

I have a Memory Stick card reader which isn't being detected by 
mandriva.  It's detected by knoppix as Genesys GL817 Reader and loads 
there /mnt/sda1   That doesn't seem to help me in mandriva.  It's been 
suggested to me on the newbie mandriva list to try it with PClinux.  Can 
anyone help with providing PClinux CDs.  I would, of course do the usual 
2 for 1 CD thing.
