Only the GPL licensed packages require source code to distributed.

I think they can point you to Mandrake as they are only the reseller of
the boxed product.  If DSE modified the GPL software in some way then
they would have to distribute the modified source code.   The onus for
providing the source code for the distrobution falls onto Mandrake who
are obliged under the GPL to make it available.
