Actually, given that Mandrivasoft (or whatever it is now called) has
published that distro; and as DSE is merely distributing discs produced
from the published ISO files; I think that DSE could easily point to
Mandriva as the developer of the modified source code.
DSE is merely passing it on and charging for packaging and labour.
