[wellylug] Setting up a simple web server

Thanks for that. The web site files are all posted now. Now it is time
to think about how to make the thing visible online and if needed make
corrections via FTP.

Maybe it will come up in the documentation I'm reading, but please allow
time to assimilate it.

Meanwhile, I just opened the mail to find a long discussion going on.
Had no idea some were so sensitive to message etiquette. Wouldn't it be
a boring place if everyone was jus the same?
